The Kingdom of Bahrain finally has its first homegrown Artificial Intelligence product. The company behind this enormous success is Rsquare Technologies W.L.L., a software company dedicated to making innovative and out-of-the-box solutions for everyday issues faced by Bahraini enterprises.
Rsquare is celebrating its 9th anniversary by launching the Chat Bot in tonight’s Ramadan majlis; organized by Rsquare, in the region’s largest FinTech hub, the Bahrain FinTech Bay.
Rsquare attributes its success to the quality of their offerings, as well as the ability to deliver technically superior solutions within a reasonable period and at a fraction of the cost charged by its rivals in the region.
The new Rsquare Chat Bot, the company claims, can help businesses downsize their customer support expenses by reducing the workforce. Additionally, it can offer 24/7 support to customers, while simultaneously expanding the scope and efficiency of customer support.
The Chat Bot will also come with a user-friendly backend with a dashboard to help manage it.
