The maiden edition of Digitalks, the first-ever digitally-focused conference series in the Middle East, saw many visitors and participants from across the world, to discuss the most pressing issues confronting the digital communication industry.

The conference series is primarily aimed at helping the industry’s creative minds get together with the most accomplished personalities and organizations to network, exchange ideas, and pave the way for a streamlined growth.

The theme of the inaugural edition of the event was: “The Rising E-Commerce Trends in the Middle East”, and it saw participants demonstrating their latest services and solutions aimed at helping businesses compete and triumph in the increasingly challenging dynamic digital environment.

“Deriving extraordinary results from innovative technology requires innovative people,” said Naguib Toihiri, organizer of the conference & Head of Marketing at RBBi.

“With more than 72.5 million Internet users in the MENA region, it’s clear that eCommerce is on the rise. Our goal, with the launch of Digitalks is to teach, inspire, and arm digital enthusiasts with the know-how, creativity, and new relationships that can help take their digital marketing programs to amazing new heights.”

The event saw visionary keynotes presented by industry leaders in addition to featuring a myriad of real-world success stories. There were also SEO, and UX-themed workshops to help participants familiarise themselves with cutting-edge techniques, online tools, and research strategies.
