The registrations for the seventh edition of the MENA Angel Investors Summit is currently underway, and those of you looking to be a part of the event have till Oct 28, 2018 (Sunday) to send in your entries. Organized by Tenmou, the first “Business Angels” company in Bahrain, MENA Angel Investors Summit 2018 also enjoys the backing of Tamkeen (labor fund). Other strategic partners supporting the event include Rowad, Bahrain Development Bank (BDB), and Alba.

The summit will take place on Nov 12, 2018, at the famed Ritz-Carlton Bahrain and it will focus on “strategic investments and investors’ education,” Tenmou announced in a press release dates Oct 10. There will feature multiple panels of experts during the one-day event to educate attendees about the role angel investors can play in ensuring better business performance.

Worth noting here is that although the inaugural edition of the Summit was held only last year, it has already earned itself the reputation of being one of the most impactful and widely anticipated events in the region focused on the investors-community. Oh, and wait, you don’t have to be an investor to be a part of the summit either. One of the main charming feats of the event is the “Start-Up Pitches,” which allows 30 pre-selected entrepreneurs to pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges with the winner going home with a lucrative funding deal.

“We are expecting a great turn out for the exciting line-up planned for this years’ MENA Angel Investor Summit. We have already received numerous applications through our online registration portal, and we encourage people to sign up early to attend this event,” said Chief Executive Officer of Tenmou, Mr. Nawaf Al Koheji, on an optimistic note.

The forthcoming edition of the summit will also feature a separate platform called “Break out Sessions” where both investors and startups can participate. Hosted by Venture Souq, the Break out Sessions is essentially an investment platform targeted at early-stage technology startups.
