One of the most important technology events in the Kingdom of Bahrain’s events calendar, Bahrain Tech Week, is making its return with a second edition from 30 September – 8 October. Hosted by Bahrain Economic Development Board, and delivered in strategic partnership with Tamkeen, Bahrain Technology Week 2018 promises an action-packed roster of events spanning 9 days, including summits, pitching competitions and forums delivered by the likes of Amazon Web Services, MIT Enterprise Forum and Web Summit!

This year’s Bahrain Tech Week will be an exploration of the latest emerging digital trends and their potential to revolutionize tech in the GCC. Kicking off Bahrain Tech Week 2018 will be the highly anticipated Amazon Web Services (AWS) Summit on 30 September, followed by a string of events such as the MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab Region’s “Innovation Forum”, Web Summit’s debut in the MENA region with the “Runway to Web Summit” pitching competition, and the “Bahrain International eGovernment Forum 2018” closing the week.

The 3rd Edition of YoStartup’s “My Startup Bootcamp” plans to take your ideas and transform them into business ventures, all during one weekend where your thinking and execution will be put to the most thrilling version of a test.
