A business meeting was recently held by Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) and “BENEFIT” at the headquarters of BisB and was attended by the CEO of BisB Mr. Hassan Jarrar, the CEO of BENEFIT, Mr. Abdulwahed AlJanahi, as well as senior officials from both parties.

The purpose of the meeting was to highlight future plans in digital banking between both companies and to touch upon the role of Bisb in the BenefitPay application.

“We are excited to start a new chapter with our partner, BENEFIT, in light of our commitment to implementing our strategy ‘Ishraq – Back to Basics’ and our vision of transforming the Bank into a Fintech hub and offering the latest and simplest electronic banking solutions to customers,” said Mr. Hassan Jarrar

The CEO of Bisb also went on to say that “The purpose of our meeting with BENEFIT, the leading provider of all electronic financial transactions in the Kingdom of Bahrain; is to further develop the current level of banking products and services available and to find effective ways to simplify banking transactions for customers. At BisB, we consistently pride ourselves on maintaining open lines of communication in dealing with our corporate partners in order to maximize the benefit for all parties involved.”

Correspondingly, Mr. Abdulwahed AlJanahi revealed: “We at BENEFIT constantly seek to cooperate with institutions operating in the financial sector, in order to improve the existing level of services offered, further supporting the Kingdom’s entrepreneurial initiatives”
