CTM360, the Bahrain-based security-as-a-service provider, won the title of the “Best Technology Company of the Year” at the MEED Awards 2018 held last week.

More than 350 business leaders from 99 finalist organizations attended the award ceremony which aims to celebrate excellence in innovation and entrepreneurship through the GCC region.

For the uninitiated, CTM360 is a subscription service providing round-the-clock cyber threat management for identifying and warding off threats in the cyberspace. Based in Seef District in Bahrain, CTM360 claims to have managed more than 110,000 cybersecurity-related incidents on behalf of its clients. As of today, the growth-stage startup serves 30 of the GCC’s top 50 banks, as well as enterprises in the healthcare, financial, oil & gas, and aviation sectors.

Held at the Ritz Carlton, DIFC, Duba, MEED Awards gave away 18 prizes in total across various categories including architectural/design practice, civil engineering consultancy, bank/financial, business innovation, real estate, and more.
