This year, Brinc MENA, venture capital and startup accelerator, signed a partnership with Batelco, a leading telecommunication company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and with DMA, a prestigious and globally verified academy in various universities and countries. They have joined forces to reshape Bahrain youth career development through their newly launched one-year online program for 17 and 18 years old students named: Batelco Digital Bootcamp.

Batelco Digital Bootcamp is limited to 20 students to learn hands-on from experts top 5 highly in-demand skills to excel in their study and work life. It is a lifetime opportunity for students to obtain two global certificates from DMA, internship opportunities, and free mentorship guidance twice a year to prepare a smooth roadmap to each stage of their education and career.

The program kickstarted with phase one for students to learn technical skills for 4-weeks on July 25th. The students will learn the art of Java, Python and AI programming to develop their app, game, and will also learn animation drawing. Students will be introduced to the latest digital skills trends such as Big Data, Cloud Computing and IoT that will be leading the future of technological advancement through professional workshops. Phase two will focus on developing their problem-solving mindset to utilize research methods to solve a global dilemma.

Moreover, phase three will boost their professional attitude towards establishing their own brand identity and business plan. Before the finish line, students will sharpen their presentation and team skills through a competitive hackathon to pitch their ideas to win the best tech business idea in the Bootcamp.
