The UK-based technology firm Innervate conducted an in-depth interactive and technical session earlier this week in Bahrain. The event was participated by eminent guest speakers from the Arab world and beyond. Collectively, they mulled over various aspects associated with how businesses can tune themselves to start “Delivering their Digital Future.”

The guest speakers and panelists presented an in-depth analysis of how businesses can tune themselves to incorporate the latest technologies and ensure a superior experience for customers. This, according to the general consensus reached at the event, counts a key factor that can eventually turn the region into a world leader of the ongoing fourth industrial revolution.

Sh. Mohamed Al-Khalifa, ICT Sector Head at the Bahrain Economic Development Board, kicked off proceedings with an introductory session where he outlined the digital future in Bahrain, the Kingdom’s burgeoning ICT infrastructure, and various initiatives undertaken with the vision to turn the country into a leading digital economy.

Innervate CEO Andy Starting carried on the momentum from there by presenting an analytical overview of how to successfully digitize the Middle East’s enterprise landscape. He also provided a step-by-step methodology that businesses can count on to boost their digitization efforts.

Other eminent speakers included Alistair Sergeant, CEO of Purple; Dylan Miles; Chief Technology Officer at Innervate; Keith Cockerham; CRM Consultant at Innervate; and Abdulkarim Abu Jaber; Territory Channel & Sales Manager (Bahrain & Oman), among others.
