The program is created and designed by the founder and US licensed clinical nutritionist, Noora AlAskar, to empower and guide women to pursue the best version of themselves through healthy eating with a guided meal plan full of wellness recipes to cater to their needs, mind, body and soul lessons, as well as daily activities that nourish the self glow from inside out.
