Tenmou, the first company to have introduced the “Business Angels” initiative in Bahrain, has entered a strategic alliance with one of Bahrain’s leading real estate firm, Edamah. Per the agreement, Tenmou will set up its headquarters in Edamah’s The Terminal complex in Manama.

The Terminal is located at the heart of Adliya, a bohemian neighborhood in the capital city famed a cultural, entertainment, and commercial hub. Its strategic location at Block 338 makes the complex an attractive option for businesses from all sectors including dining, retail, financial, and technology.

Spanning just under 5,000 sq meters, the Terminal offers parking space for 330 cars and 10 outlets.

The location is particularly significant for Tenmou as it continues to diversify its investment portfolio across industries and niches. Launched in 2011, the company specializes in offering business assistance of varying nature including advice and guidance, financial investment, and supervision, just to name a few.

As of today, Tenmou is actively assisting businesses in the technology, hospitality, entertainment, and media sectors.

Commenting on the new partnership, Edamah CEO Amin Al Arrayed, stated: “We are pleased to welcome Tenmou as a new tenant at “The Terminal”. We hope that this step will further encourage diverse tenants to the area and bolster the entrepreneurial spirit of block 338. We look forward to Tenmou opening its doors in 2019.”

Meanwhile, the CEO of Tenmou, Mr. Nawaf Al Kooheji, said that the decision to pick The Terminal as the company’s new headquarters was partly motivated by the fact that the complex offers adequate space for accommodating startup events and other related activities.

“[The Terminal] will include a working hub for investors, startup businesses and coworking spaces in order to positively impact and develop the economic infrastructure and entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Kingdom,” he added.
